I offer individual psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults.

I believe in working in collaboration with the client through a safe, accepting, and empowering environment to address issues and concerns by building on their strengths and resiliency. We will work together to create a treatment plan to achieve your mental health goals. 

Fees for sessions are $175+HST per 50-60 minutes.
Fees for psychotherapy services are covered by most health insurance plans. Please check with your provider to confirm.
